Good point; Mahidol-Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit provide important yearly training that complies to requirements in both Thailand and United Kingdom e.g. general and Biohazard waste disposal, Biosafety/risk assessment and basic first aid and AED training. Also, they provide a good health environment and other accommodation area. Not good point; - High level of inequality among Thai staffs including between Thai and Foreigner staff.
