Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support the Compliance team through data analysis, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role will work closely with Compliance and other business stakeholders to understand data requirements, extract and analyze relevant data, and deliver accurate and actionable information to support business and compliance-related activities.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically proficient, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to communicate complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Banking, Securities (Brokerage), or Fintech is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Compliance team and relevant business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

• Extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support Compliance and business requirements.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential areas requiring further review.

• Translate business requirements into appropriate data queries, analysis, and reporting solutions.

• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights based on requests from Compliance and other stakeholders.

• Improve and automate recurring reports and manual data processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other relevant teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality.

• Present analytical findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, translating technical data into meaningful business insights.

• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, automation, and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.

• Experience in Banking, Securities (Brokerage), Fintech, Financial Services, or a related industry is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data extraction, data manipulation, and data validation.

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and financial modeling.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/BI tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

• Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, and data reconciliation.

• Strong proficiency in using AI tools, particularly Generative AI, for data analysis, automation, reporting, research, and improving work efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data and analytical findings into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial, securities, trading, customer, or transaction data.

• Understanding of Compliance-related data requirements, regulatory reporting, or financial services processes.

• Experience in data automation or using Python/R/VBA is a plus.

• Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, or improve data workflows is highly desirable.
