- Work closely with the Compliance team and relevant business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support Compliance and business requirements.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential areas requiring further review.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate data queries, analysis, and reporting solutions.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights based on requests from Compliance and other stakeholders.
- Improve and automate recurring reports and manual data processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other relevant teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, translating technical data into meaningful business insights.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, automation, and overall productivity.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience in Banking, Securities (Brokerage), Fintech, Financial Services, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data extraction, data manipulation, and data validation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization/BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, and data reconciliation.
- Strong proficiency in using AI tools, particularly Generative AI, for data analysis, automation, reporting, research, and improving work efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data and analytical findings into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience working with financial, securities, trading, customer, or transaction data.
- Understanding of Compliance-related data requirements, regulatory reporting, or financial services processes.
- Experience in data automation or using Python/R/VBA is a plus.
- Experience using AI to automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, or improve data workflows is highly desirable.

- Lead the team's top-down investment process, including global and regional macroeconomic analysis, country allocation, sector rotation, and thematic identification.
- Construct and manage private fund portfolios using a disciplined investment framework that integrates top-down macro views with bottom-up stock selection.
- Define and maintain investment mandates, risk parameters, and portfolio construction guidelines in collaboration with the Risk Management team.
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, central bank policies, geopolitical risks, and other market factors, and translate these insights into actionable portfolio positioning and investment decisions.
- Vietnam Equity Portfolio Management.
- Manage and oversee equity portfolios with exposure to the Vietnamese market, including stock selection, position sizing, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Maintain an active coverage universe of Vietnamese-listed companies across key sectors.
- Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of Vietnamese and regional equities to identify investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers, research providers, analysts, and other market participants in Vietnam.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments, market structure changes, liquidity conditions, and other factors affecting the Vietnamese equity market.
- Investment Research & Team Support.
- Prepare investment research notes, Investment Committee (IC) presentations, portfolio reviews, and other investment-related materials.
- Participate in company visits, management meetings, analyst meetings, and other investment activities in Thailand and Vietnam.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the team's investment strategy, market views, and investment thesis.
- Client Communication.
- Present investment views, market outlooks, and portfolio updates to clients and investors as required.
- Support portfolio specialist activities by communicating the team's macro views, Vietnam investment thesis, and portfolio positioning to investors.
- Education & Professional Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate (Level II or above).
- Valid Fund Manager License as required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Experience & Other Qualifications.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in fund management, equity research, investment management, or a related field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of direct experience managing or covering Vietnamese equities.
- Strong top-down macroeconomic and investment analysis skills, with the ability to translate macro views into actionable portfolio decisions.
- Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese equity market, including market structure, key listed companies, sectors, and the local regulatory environment.
- Strong fundamental equity analysis and portfolio management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment views clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Thai and English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
