Customization Quality Assurance Specialist

At this job, you will help deliver our brands advance to market and will support procedures to ensure the compliance of all product and retail packages

- Ensure no critical finding for audits
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance is upheld
- Act as a valuable business partner to all functions to support in ensuring business deliverables are met
- Ensure seamless integration of products and business setup.
Responsibilities of the role
- Develop a systematic process to ensure P&G quality requirement compliance in domestics, import & export, warehouse, customization, sales & marketing area, and site regulatory compliance
- Lead and improve Customization site quality program and quality-related matters
- Disposition of products per quality and regulatory requirements
- Handle issues and challenges with products in the logistics-related area
- Facilitate timely communication and management of change controls, deviations, complaints, and batch dispositions
- Manage quality complaints, deviations, investigations, non-conformities, drive for decision-making on the technical and regulatory aspect
- Initiate innovative idea to drive value creation in the work process
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering fields or supply chain-related with an excellent academic background
- Understand the supply chain to identify the cost-saving or design simplification
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in the project management or packaging industry is a plus
- Must have proven success from school or work experience of leadership and analytical thinking skills
- Curious individuals can make sophisticated decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
- Strong in communication and project management
- Proficient in English and Thai

You will be part of a multi-functional team working with distribution and product supply teams in local/regional markets. You will report to You will be reporting to the SMO QA Manager and be located in the Thailand Distribution center office.
