About the RoleCarrier is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations within our production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production while consistently delivering on quality, cost, productivity, and on-time delivery targets.

in driving shopfloor performance, operational excellence, workforce capability, and process stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and alignment with business objectives.

Successful candidates may support manufacturing operations across various production areas, including Heat Exchanger, Coil, and Metal Stamping operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production.

• Execute production plans aligned with customer demand and delivery commitments.

• Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity objectives.

• Ensure process stability, manufacturing efficiency, and effective equipment utilization.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and line efficiency.

• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for production and quality issues.

• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning teams to improve operational performance and process capability.

• Drive productivity improvement through manpower optimization, process enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.

• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including labor utilization, scrap reduction, and operational losses.

• Ensure material availability and smooth production flow across manufacturing operations.

• Support new product introduction, production ramp-up, and manufacturing readiness activities.

• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees while strengthening discipline, accountability, and problem-solving capability.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across the production organization.

• Standardize manufacturing processes and sustain operational improvements to ensure long-term performance stability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8-12 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3-5 years in a production leadership role.

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing operations.

• Experience in one or more of the following environments:

• Heat Exchanger Manufacturing

• Coil Manufacturing

• Metal Stamping

• Process-driven Manufacturing

• High-volume Production Operations

• Strong shopfloor leadership and people development capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English.
