Job Description

Customer Management

• Support EDI setup
• Customer account cleansing activities
• Customer Master Data maintenance/request

Accounts Receivable and Price Management

• Price maintenance in Global Price Master
• Overdue tracking and resolution of discrepancy
• PIS report maintenance

Customer Order Management

• Creation of customer order in SAP where required for service and part orders
• Idoc check, analysis, resolution
• SDSA set up where required

Credit Limit Management

• Calculate credit limit based on formula from Central Directives
• Make proposal for EO approval and document
• Monthly tracking of due vs limit set

Other as assigned

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields

Work Experience: At least 2 years

Languages: Good command in English, Ability to read, write and speak Japanese is a plus

Hardware / Software Skills: SAP (POE), MS Office, PowerBi
