- วางแผนเปิดร้านโดนใจให้ได้ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายและผลกำไรร้านโดนใจให้ได้ตามเป้าที่กำหนด
- ออกเยี่ยมร้านโดนใจเพื่อให้คำแนะนำในการทำธุรกิจด้านการขาย การซื้อสินค้า การดูแลStock คงคลัง
- ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อ Support ร้านโดนใจ
- นำเสนอสินค้า Local เพื่อนำมาจำหน่ายในบิ๊กซี
