Job Summary


Lead the service business strategy and implementation to drive sustainable income growth. Responsible for the full P&L of the service businesses, including Financial, Retail, Insurance, Payment, and Media services, as well as incubating and scaling new service innovations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic roadmap for the Service Business Unit aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee P&L, business growth, and operational performance of all service-related business units.
  • Identify, evaluate, and launch new service models in response to market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with VPs of Retail & Financial Services, Payment & Digital Services, and Media Services to maximize synergies.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to ensure financial targets and KPIs are met.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity.
  • Represent the Service Business at executive-level reviews and contribute to corporate strategy.

Job Specifications

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 12+ years in strategic business development, product innovation, or P&L management.
  • Experience in Financial & Payment Services, Fintech, Digital Product Management, or Service Innovation is preferred.
