Senior CRM Technical Specialist
atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.- Design, implement, and manage customer journeys and automated campaigns across multiple communication channels (LINE, email, push notification, SMS, etc.) using a marketing automation platform
- Write and manage SQL queries to build audience segments, configure campaign triggers, and ensure accurate targeting.
- Manage the structural setup of customer/member databases, including account hierarchies, tiers, and IDs for both B2C and B2B models.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data, Tech, Sales, Content) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
