ลักษณะงาน
- สรรหาบุคลากรอัตราว่างและสำรองแผนอนาคต
- รักษาบุคคลกรที่มีผลปฎิบัติงานดีไว้กับองค์กร
- ควบคุมอัตราการลาออก ร่วมกับฝ่ายปฎิบัติการ
- จัดทาเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการต่างๆให้กับบุคลากร
- กิจกรรมส่งเสริมความสุขและความผูกพันระหว่างบุคลากรกับองค์กร
- อบรมและประสานงาน ร่วมสนับสนุนหลักสูตรเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร
- จัดทารายงาน ประชุม และ นำเสนอ
- สร้างภาพลักษณ์และวัฒนธรรม เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้แก่บุคลากรและองค์กร
- Project Assignment เพื่อพัฒนางาน HR และ Business
- ติดต่อประสานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ราชการ และ ภาคเอกชน
- ที่ปรึกษาด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลประจาสาขา
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานทรัพยากรบุคคล 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
