1.จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบสำหรับการปรุงสุรา เช่น น้ำสุราเก็บบ่มและแอลกอฮอล์ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
2.ดำเนินการปรุงสุราเพื่อผลิตสินค้า RTDให้ได้คุณภาพตามเป้าหมายการผลิต
3.จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รายงานน้ำสุราคงคลัง, รายงานการปรุงสุรา และรายงานการใช้วัตถุดิบ
4.วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ คุณภาพ และการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า
5.ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
- ปริญญาตรี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความรู้ในด้านการปรุงสุราเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของแอลกอฮอล์และวัตถุดิบปรุงแต่งรสชาติน้ำสุรา RTD
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ในระดับดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงานการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
