Senior R&D Officer
atThai Beverage PCLResponsibilities
- กำหนดมาตรฐานวัตถุดิบ
- รวบรวมข้อมูล Supplier Specification / กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รวบรวมข้อมูล Internal Specification ร่วมกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารและ Implement เอกสาร
- จัดทำแผน และจัดทำการ Update เอกสารและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมงานด้านเอกสาร (Document Control)
- กำหนดมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์
- รวบรวมข้อมูล Products Specification (Existing)
- รวบรวมข้อกำหนด/กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำเอกสารและ Implement เอกสาร
- ควบคุมงานด้านเอกสาร (Document Control)
- ทบทวนและ Update ข้อมูลตามแผนงาน
- นำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา / เตรียมการนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- Process Validation
- วางแผน Validation ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สรุปผลและนำเสนอกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- กฏหมายอาหาร
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายอาหาร
- ประเมิน Risk Assessment ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัตถุดิบ
- งานรับผิดชอบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายอาหาร
- การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
- รวบรวมข้อมูล
- วางแผนการพัฒนากระบวนการและประเมินความเสี่ยง
- การทดลองและสรุปผลการทดลอง
- นำเสนอข้อมูล
- ประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต ตรวจสอบข้อมูล วิเคราะห์และสรุปผล นำเสนอข้อมูล
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี Food Science สาขาสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ วิศวกรรมอาหาร เคมี จุลชีววิทยา และหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป ด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนา, ควบคุมคุณภาพหรือการผลิต
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพ GMP,ISO 14000 , ISO22000 ,HACCP, BRC
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายอาหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความชำนาญพิเศษ เกี๊ยวซ่า ติ่มซำ และอาหารสำเร็จรูป
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
