Senior Legal Associate
atThai Beverage PCLDrafting / reviewing contracts, any other legal instruments or documents in both Thai and English assigned from time to time with efficiency and in timely manner
Handling / supervising litigation and pre – litigation related matters
Setting up tracking system of all legal works of legal department, ensuring that they are all recorded. Timeline and requirements of business unit are noted and addressed correctly
Supervising and providing necessary assistance to team members
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor/Master degree in Laws
- more than 4 years experiences in advising firm or clients with regard to the general commercial laws and contracts, pre – litigation and litigation matters and etc.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Preferably have experience in the beverage/food industry or similar
