Key responsibilities
- ดูแล ระบบงาน SAP ในส่วนของระบบงาน Module ที่ได้รับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำ Procedure Manual และ System Manual รวมทั้งสร้างรายงานและแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ที่ควรใช้สำหรับการบริหารและการควบคุม
- Maintain Data Base ที่ถูกกำหนดให้อยู่ภายใต้แผนกพัฒนาระบบ
- Implementation and roll out ระบบงาน
- ฝึกอบรมนโยบาย ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงาน และ System Manual
- ทดสอบโปรแกรมที่นำมาใช้งานภายในบริษัท หรือทำงานร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ว่าจ้าง เพื่อให้โปรแกรมดำเนินงานตามที่ออกแบบไว้ หรือครบถ้วนตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
- ช่วยจัดทำรายละเอียด Specification ระบบงานต่างๆ ให้กับหัวหน้างานพิจารณา ก่อนที่จะให้ทีมงานคอมพิวเตอร์พัฒนาโปรแกรมให้มีคุณภาพและตรงความต้องการใช้งาน
- ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้ระบบงาน ERP โดยรับแจ้งปัญหา วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และหาวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้ระบบ
- บันทึกการรับแจ้งปัญหาเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงการใช้ระบบงานงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ งานอื่นๆ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualification
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ Sap Support ใน Module MM, SD
- ยินดีรับนักฝึกงานจบใหม่
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานใช้ระบบ ERP (SAP) ใน module ที่รับผิดชอบ ได้ตามมาตรฐานของตำแหน่งงานด้วยตนเอง
