ThaiBev was established in 2003 to consolidate a number of leading spirits and beer businesses in Thailand belonging to our founding shareholders and other investors. In 2006, we registered ThaiBev's listing on the Singapore Exchange ("SGX"), and subsequently expanded to the non-alcoholic beverage and food sectors to diversify our product portfolio, enhance logistics efficiency, and mitigate business risks. Today, ThaiBev is not only Thailand's leading beverage producer, but also one of Asia's largest beverage producers. Our business consists of four segments - spirits, beer, non-alcoholic beverage, and food.

Responsibilities

• To drive service excellence , and oversee the overall management of consumer customer
• To Maintain & enhance business relationship with the customers
• Ensuring they are carrying out effective management of Resources, Performance, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, Quality, and Budgets.
• Driving service excellence in all areas of the Consumer Sector through High Quality New Contract Implementations and Stabilization of existing contracts.
• Establishes and implements Supply Chain business strategies with direct impact on the objectives and on business results of own areas of responsibility.
• Makes business and managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results, prevent loss of partnership and eliminate the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
• Be responsible and lead proactively the contract renewal process with existing customers.
• Be responsible for driving initiatives to positively impact the customers logistics cost and service, where possible driving gain shares initiatives to positively impact TBL’s P&L.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in relate field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of working experience in business development
• At least 2-3 years of working experience as BD or Key Account Specialist in Logistics industry required
• Experienced in providing warehouse or transport
• Negotiation skills

• Good presentation skill and ability to communicate in English well
