URGENTLY REQUIRED !!!Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Coordinate with internal and external team to organize factory visits/conferences/events.
• Manage and organize conference calls, road shows, and investor meetings.
• Help prepare presentation and other communication materials for management, investors, analysts and brokers.
• Monitor analyst reports and industry related news and summarize details for senior management.
• Help communicate company’s business direction and respond
• Maintain up-to-date information on company's website and investors’ database.
• Co-ordinate with compliance and share registrar team and help support IR-related activities e.g. Annual General Meeting (AGM) and annual report preparation
• Support treasury department for annual credit review with credit rating agencies

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields
• 1-5 years experience in Investor Relations, Bank Analyst, Securities Analyst, Corporate Communication
• Good communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Computer literacy, especially in MS office (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Be able to travel abroad
• Team player
• Proactively communication with relevant teams
• Good coordinator
• Presentation skills
• Good relationship with relevant parties
• Fast learning and be able to work under pressure
  Good attitude toward the Company
