Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Design and develop Group-level data and analytics solutions to support executive decision-making and deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Analytics Design
• Design Group-level data models, data marts, and analytics layers
• Define shared KPIs and metrics across the organization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
• Analytics & Visualization
• Define standard dashboards and reports for executives, management, and operational teams
• Deliver insights on trends, variances, forecasts, and scenarios
• Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
• Data Governance & Quality
• Ensure data quality, data definitions, and metadata management
• Support data standardization and the establishment of a single source of truth
• Advanced Analytics (If Applicable)
• Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Apply machine learning or statistical models to enhance business value
• AI automation and Call to Action

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• 5 - 10 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles

Technical Skills

• Strong business analytics capabilities
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL / ELT processes
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, primarily Power BI
• Strong understanding of business KPIs and data storytelling
