Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data product requirements
• Oversee the development lifecycle of data products from conceptualization to deployment
• Drive product decisions based on data analytics, user feedback, and market trends
• Manage a team of data product specialists, data scientists, and analysts
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure data product performance and impact
• Ensure data products comply with governance, privacy, and security standards
• Partner with engineering teams to implement scalable data infrastructure
• Present data product strategies and results to executive leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred

1-5 years of experience in product management, least 1 years focused on data products

Demonstrated experience with data platforms, analytics tools, and data visualization technologies

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database architectures

Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle

Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
