Responsibilities:

• Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance happiness environment.
• Designs regular employee engagement communication to employees
• Develop program and engagement activities
• Lead and coordination of employee experience program and activities, and work with relevant functions.
• Produce contents and materials to communicate relevant employee engagement and communication programs and activities.
• Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
• At least 3 years working experiences in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement
• Ability to multitasking skills
