The Compensation & Benefits Associate / Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs across ThaiBev's international portfolio. The role partners closely with regional HC teams and business stakeholders to ensure reward practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the Group's Total Rewards strategy across multiple countries.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepares compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget
- Coordinates compensation and benefits processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Designs and develops compensation and benefits policies
Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness- Designs and develops different schemes of variable remuneration
- Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation and benefits consultant
- Leads and manages compensation and benefits projects for the entire organization
- Participates as a team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits matters.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.- Develop and implement operational plans focused on goal setting, performance indicators, performance reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor the execution of performance-related initiatives and provide ongoing guidance, recommendations, and constructive feedback to departments under the Office of Performance Management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering strategic advice and consultation on performance management issues to senior leadership, Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs), and employees.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to Human Resources.
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources management, specifically in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Management and Development principles, including Performance Management processes.
- Proficient in Project Management and Change Management, able to effectively lead and support organizational transitions.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to solve complex problems and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power BI.
Proficient in English.
