ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Lead and oversee facility management, workplace services, and office operations to ensure operational excellence, safety, cost efficiency, sustainability, and an exceptional workplace experience. This role is responsible for developing strategies, managing projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, people strategy, and business direction. Lead preventive and proactive maintenance strategies for workplace facilities and building systems. Manage vendor contracts and operational costs to ensure cost effectiveness. Analyze workplace trends and recommend strategic facility management initiatives aligned with business direction. Drive workplace improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives. Manage budgets, projects, risks, and compliance requirements. Support Green Office and sustainability initiatives aligned with organizational ESG goals. Lead teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless workplace operations and service delivery. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or higher EXPERIENCE Experience in Facility Management, Workplace Management, Building Operations, or related fields. Strong experience in project, contract, and budget management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership capability and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Experience in sustainability or Green Office initiatives is an advantage.
