- ตรวจสอบเอกสารสัญญาแต่งตั้งตัวแทน นายหน้าประกันชีวิต
- รวบรวมข้อมูลข้อร้องเรียนและตรวจสอบหาข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม
- ประสานงานและติดตามผลเบื้องต้นกับบริษัทพัทธมิตร
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง และจัดเก็บข้อร้องเรียน
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาเกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้านเอกสารสัญญาแต่งตั้งตัวแทน นายหน้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
