Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the data collection and data implementation by determine data requirements and method to collect and validate data based on analysis objective.
• Collaborate and consolidate data and business insight from cross-functional parties to provide business report for management to identify Sell-Out performance, key issues, business opportunities and action plan in daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Provide other business reports as requested by management
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly Sales report for Retail field force team to drive sales target achievement
• Ensure data accuracy by working closely with field force team on data collection from the field and BI team for Sell Out database. Improve data collection processes in the most efficient and productive way
• Develop and maintain databases that optimize data efficiency and quality
• Understand consumers and market insight to support new business opportunity
• Lead data analyst team (3rd party) to analyze SS Retail business, Market share and S/O performance
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years working experience in related field (having working experience in retail business is a plus)
• Strong knowledge and having experience working with Microsoft excel
• Experience in business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus
• Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven
• Possess leadership skill and competency in building and developing team
• Possess Self-motivated, result & customer oriented and service minded
• Good interpersonal skill with excellent communication skill
• Good command in written and spoken in Thai and English
