Assistant Manager, MX CRM (Mobile Experience Team)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deploy data analytics to identify potential customers, and utilize appropriate digital platforms to serve them relevant content
  • Monitor progress and conduct of their respective projects, including all data cleaning and business activities to ensure all remain on target to project timelines
  • Proactively identify and address issues that may impact the quality of the data, deliverables or timelines
  • Customer understanding: Analysis customer's profile and understanding customer's need from customers behavior
  • Research analysis from our database and others sources (in market monitoring, target acquisition and etc.)
  • Analysis customers portfolio and feasibility for campaign marketing
  • Cooperate with other parties internal and external including IT/ Legal /compliance/ Sales and Trade. Also Brief the scope objectives to agency
  • Communication skill: Selected message/ channels and targeted communication
  • Co partnership with related partners such as Dealers/ Bank partners etc.
  • Analyze result and provide the report to management


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven working experience in CRM, customer database - driven marketing and analytics. Knowledge in big data is a plus.
  • Experience in data validation, digital marketing and data management
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of HTML
  • Strong communications and data analytical skills with a focus on details
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Analytic thinking skills
  • Must be open to learning, passionate about taking ownership and executing, able to work independently, but yet a strong team leader and player
  • Commercial awareness to secure buy-in of internal stakeholder partners and external
