Rôle et Responsabilités

• Comprehensively analysing current channel structure and channel data and propose yearly plan/timeline to maximize Chanel Data Visibility (coverage and reliability)
• Design system channel structure and process to align with the current business and any business change
• Propose, meeting and influencing customers and sales for EDI Expansion and EDI Improvement
• Lead EDI Expansion/Improvement project. Work with customer, customer's IT, IT Company, and RHQ to establish milestone/timeline and follow up to ensure on time implementation
• Work with IT Company, MIS and RHQ to develop program to improve/connect EDI
• Monthly Validate Channel Data, identify the issues and development improvement plan to minimize risk on Customer's Claim/PC's Incentive Payment
• Monitor and ensure Channel Data Reliability
• Guide SDSAP Service to ensure Data Collection efficiency
• Reflecting VOC and work with RHQ on Data Collection
