The successful candidate will work closely with the company's experienced executives and other highly-talented individuals.   • The Sales & Leasing Executive develops business and negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate spaces/properties.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling spaces to current client base.
  • Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss space/property features, leasing rates, and terms.
  • Compile property data for clients, such as market surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates,
  • Analyze data and prepare market reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
  • Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as leases, and sales agreements.
  • Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
  • Gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials.
  • Engage in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company databases of related spaces/properties available for lease.
  • Handle and follow up all enquiries from prospective clients.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with the tenants.
  • Make presentation of projects to clients as their requirements.
  • Organize events for related projects.
  • Supervise, train and monitor the junior staff in the team.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of commercial real estate sales experience.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
  • OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Good communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to deal with multinational tenants
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to source and close business deals
  • Skilled in sales and marketing. Able to make plan for action
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with the property market, especially Retail market and Shopping Malls or Office Buildings is preferable
  • Willingness to occasionally participate in networking, business and social events outside of regular working hours
  • Strong management skills
  • Good presentation skill, professional, positive and proactive at all times
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
