atCold Pressurize Co., Ltd.- จัดทําเอกสารเดินพิธีการส่งออกรายการสินค้า, Code และจํานวนว่าถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามที่ลูกค้า Order , จัดทํา Invoice, Packing List เพื่อทําเอกสารเดินพิธีการส่งออก และ ประสานงานกับ Shipping
- ติดต่อบริษัทเรือหรือบริษัทตัวแทนและประสานงานกับบริษัท Shipping,หัวลาก ติดต่อจองเรือกับบริษัทเรือ/ บริษัทตัวแทน, ประสานงานกับบริษัทหัวลาก/ บริษัท Shipping เพื่อลากตู้ คอนเทนเนอร์ มา Load สินค้าที่โรงงาน หรือนําไป Load ตามสถานที่ที่บริษัทเรือกําหนด
- จัดทําเอกสารให้กับลูกค้าตามที่ลูกค้ากําหนด หรือ ตามเงื่อนไขใน L/C หรือเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เช่น D/P จัดทําเอกสาร Shipping documents เช่น Invoice, Packing List, B/L หรือเอกสารอื่นๆ ตามที่ลูกค้ากําหนด หรือ ตามเงื่อนไขใน L/C อย่างถูกต้อง โดยเอกสารจะต้องส่งให้ลูกค้า หรือส่งผ่าน Bank ก่อน เรือถึงกําหนดปลายทาง
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ปฏิบัติงานตามข้อกําหนดด้าน Safety GMP HACCP
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด การขาย หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศ หญิง,ชาย
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงานการตลาดและการขาย
- คุณสมบัติอื่นสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook ได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดีพูดจาคล่องแคล่วมีความมั่นใจในตัวเอง
- มีความรู้และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกได้
