We need someone to assist in our office for various task supporting our HR department.

• Perform administrative work related to Timesheet reporting, leaves reporting.
• Perform administrative work related to employee's benefit programs.
• Issue Invitation Letter and Announcement for all employee.
• Provide work permit and visa for employee.
• Order office stationery.
• Make employee happiness survey.
• Manage monthly staff party.
• Manage payroll and calculate commission with payroll company.

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields. (New graduate are welcome)
• Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good presentation skills. Well organized and able to multi-task to complete projects on time.
• Willing to learn and take on responsibility.
