System Support Officer
atAscend Group Co., Ltd.- รับเรื่องจากลูกค้า ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ และ Email
- ทำการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาว่าสามารถตอบคำถามหรือแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้หรือไม่
- หากไม่สามารถแก้ไขเบื้องต้นได้ จะต้องส่งเรื่องไปที่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบและแก้ปัญหาในการใช้งานระบบให้ลูกค้า
- ฝึกอบรมให้ลูกค้าใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ โดยการเขียนอย่างคล่องแคล่ว สื่อความชัดเจน (เนื่องจากใช้ Chat Support ผ่าน Skype)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ โดยการพูด เนื่องจากมี Support Oversea
- มี Service mind
- มีความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์สูง
- มีความอดทนสูง
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่
