Head of Credit Risk Policy
atAscend Group Co., Ltd.- Develop, enhance and maintain credit risk policy also, manage tools tin order to identify and analyze concentrations of credit loan.
- Understand statistical analysis technique to develop and implement FICO or Experian model
- Develop and track forward looking credit metrics based on data.
- Handle credit policy for the retail/consumer with focus on personal loan, unsecured loan, credit card
- Lead enhancement to the credit measurement framework which include Loan Origination System
- Manage Credit Scoring Model Development and Validation for certain model development.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or MIS
- Knowledge in FICO or Experian is preferable
- Experiences in banking industry especially on credit risk, risk management is preferable.
- Experienced in the development, monitoring, and validation of credit risk models
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
