- Working closely with technical team and manager to develop innovative business process, workflow and work procedure to ensure overall company's efficiency, cost effectiveness, productivity and security.
- To identify, solve major issue occurred in the business service
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalence
- 3-4 years of experience in e-payment and e-commerce or relevant work experiences
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills
- Have strong sense of ownership / attention to detail / well-organized / process-oriented
- Ability to multi-task: handle simultaneous projects with tight timelines
- Ability to resolve problems calmly, positively and professionally
