atSansiri PCL- Conduct a business plan in terms of potential and acquisition for both current and future products according to the company's plan, policy and strategy while focusing also in marketing, finance, business and legal aspects
- Adopt the prepared study to further develop the projects for Single detached house or Conduminium
- Initiate and recommend strategies including excellent business solutions for the company
- Prepare and implement a marketing and media plan including prepare corresponding budget plan to be according to the company's policy and strategy
- Contact and liaison with supplier and agency in order to implement the marketing plan as set up
- Thai nationality, not over 30 years old
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Real estate, Architecture, Marketing, and related field
- At least 2 years working experience of marketing in real estate developer or other related business
- Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill
