Contract 5 Years Working Area : Asok, Sukhumvit 21

  • To assist in handling daily office work;
  • To responsible for oversee administrative management, company personal files, and vehicle management;
  • To be responsible for the procurement of office equipment and gifts;
  • To arrange internal meeting, cultural and sports activities in company gatherings;
  • To be responsible for the issuance of company document management and approval, and periodically perform the review of document management records;
  • To assist all departments in the company's data compilation, and prepare weekly work plan report.
  • To be responsible for the office stationery supply plans and report to the Director for approval;
  • To carry out the supervision of the department in the implementation of company rules and regulations;
  • To be responsible for letters, guest visits, reception and liaison work;
  • To implement tasks as assigned by the management;
  • To be responsible for various meetings and timely notice of meeting records;
  • To be responsible for the company's use of various seals and custody within the scope of management;
  • To responsible for file, printed data, registration, distribution, copying, and binding;
  • To be responsible for basic files, documents, vehicles and other file management tasks;
  • To be responsible for the fax, a letter from the transceiver and the registration and subscription business newspapers;
  • To be responsible for the custody, registration and payment required by the corporate office stationery and equipment;
  • To be responsible for the company's management accounting office supplies;
  • To be responsible for the department information collection and transmission work.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from recognized institutions;
  • Professional requirements: administration, human resources and other related professionals
  • Age 25 -36 years old
  • Foreign Language: English
  • Professional requirements: administrative, secretarial, computer and other related professionals
  • Good communication skill. Experience in the administration of large enterprises and other aspects of the procurement field. Familiar with the relevant institutional and policy administration management.
  • Other knowledge: Previously receive training in management, human resources, marketing and other aspects.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business administration;
  • Thai nationality, Good command of English language, especially in speaking and writing skills.
