Receptionist

  • Handling all front offices tasks including telephone line transfers and taking short messages.
  • To welcome visitors with a proper and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and support the admin team whenever required.
  • Be flexible in handling other tasks as assigned.
  • Age not over 26 years old.
  • B.A. in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 0 - 2 years working experience in Administrative roles.
  • Computer literacy skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint or etc.)
  • Well-organised, able to work independently and able to multitask.
  • Good attitude, interpersonal skills, and communication.
