atGolden Land Property Development PLC- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ พัฒนาสินค้า บริหารจัดการสินค้าให้ร้านค้าในโครงการ SYM เพื่อให้ได้มีสินค้าที่มีคุณภาพ ทันสมัย ตรงตามคอนเซ็ปต์ และตรงกับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย ส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์ และสร้างรายได้ให้กับบริษัท
- จัดหาสินค้า จากผู้ผลิต ผู้นำเข้า หรือผู้จัดจำหน่าย ที่มีคุณภาพทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศให้กับร้านค้า
- ทบทวน จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ของพื้นที่ค้าปลีกและพื้นที่ที่ดูแลและเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาในการจัดหมวดหมู่สินค้าและสัดส่วนยอดขายต่อพื้นที่ รวมถึงการเพิ่มกำไรสินค้าขั้นต้น
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์ยอดขายและกำไรขั้นต้นของพื้นที่ค้าปลีกรวมถึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพฤติกรรม ความนิยมในการเลือกซื้อสินค้าของผู้บริโภคแนวโน้มตลาดและคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาใช้ประกอบในการวางแผนนำเสนอสินค้าการทำการตลาด พัฒนาสินค้าให้ทันสมัยและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้
- อายุ 35 - 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทางด้านการบริหารธุรกิจค้าปลีก 10 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะที่ดีในการวางแผนกลยุทธ์
- มีทักษะที่ดีในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
