หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแล Timeline การส่งมอบงานออกแบบ Artwork ของแผนก Online Marketing และงานออกแบบทั้งหมด
- ประสานงาน และติดตามงานจาก Graphic Designer / Creative Content Creator / ทีมงานใน Online Marketing ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการ Timeline ของชิ้นงานออกแบบให้มีคุณภาพ ตรงตาม Brief และตรงตามเวลาส่งมอบ
- อัพเดตงานลงบน Board Work In Progress
- ประชุมทีมเพื่ออัพเดตสถานะงาน ปัญหา อุปสรรค เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขร่วมกัน
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 26-30 ปี ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในตำแหน่ง Traffic / Project Coordinator ใน Advertising Agency อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร โครงการ และเคยอยู่ร่วมกระบวนการตั้งแต่ Conception จนถึงการส่งมอบ
- มีความเข้าใจงานกระบวนการทำงานของ Online Marketing
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้ดีมาก
