About this Position

Leads the development and execution of quality strategies, standards, and reporting for the YHZ plant and Thailand contract manufacturer, ensuring compliance with global requirements; manages customer specifications, oversees complaints and hygiene systems, drives continuous improvement in efficiency and compliance, and maintains robust quality controls, documentation, and training programs.

What you´ll do

• Drives quality strategy, targets, and reporting for YHZ plant and Thailand contract manufacturer (CM).
• Ensures compliance with international/national standards and defines quality procedures with operating staff.
• Collects and manages customer requirements in a global database with customer approval.
• Leads and monitors customer and supplier complaints, including investigations and action tracking.
• Oversees hygiene systems, microbiological investigations, and implementation of related solutions.
• Collaborates with global quality management on audits, standards, and targets.
• Implements best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance plant/laboratory/hygiene processes.
• Maintains quality controls, documentation, and organizes quality/hygiene training sessions.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering with several years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hygienic design, GMP, hygiene standards, and root-cause analysis tools.
• Proficient in quality management systems and international quality standards.
• Highly organized, self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English with solid MS Office and SAP skills; FMCG experience is a plus.
