What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of 30+ professionals across warranty claims, contact center, and policy administration

• Own claims performance and portfolio profitability - monitoring key metrics and driving improvement initiatives
• Set the standard for warranty claims quality - acting as the senior escalation point and establishing governance frameworks and audit processes
• Build and lead fraud prevention programs and implement controls to protect portfolio integrity
• Manage relationships with dealers, OEMs, and automotive repair network partners
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools, translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Contribute to strategic planning and annual budgeting for the function

What You'll Bring

Experience leading or managing teams in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment - across any industry or function

• A track record of owning performance outcomes - whether through KPIs, service levels, cost management, or quality metrics
• Comfort working with data and operational reporting to inform decisions and drive improvement
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and keep complex operations running smoothly
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation, or analytics platforms is a plus
• Strong English proficiency - written and verbal
