To assist Head of sales to supervise / manage sales team for Citi campaign with encouragement to achieve sales target within specific budget & campaign timeframe

• To monitor campaign performance daily in order to achieve target of annual sales figures (AFYP), average premiums (AARP), total sold cases, billable hours, sales conversion rate 1&2.
• To motivate & boost up supervisor as well as telesales representatives morale in order to keep effective campaign performance and thereby maintain the turnover rate as low as possible
• To recruit new TSR as well as speed up process for TSR license to be ready on time.
• To handle and solve inquires escalated from supervisor daily basis.
• Ensure that all process of day to day work will be running smoothlyx

• University graduate with minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Knowledge on Call Center management tool is a plus
• Excellent in recruiting & interview skills.
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Attentive to details& success
• Good in oral and written English
