1. Monitor market trends, industry and provide analyses and insight and guidance that is needed by the management on how to increase the interactions with the investment community

2. Research and maintain a working knowledge base of investor relations issues, including regulatory, disclosure, proxy and corporate governance, and shareholder-related concerns

3. Perform analysis for shareholder targeting and tracking of institutional holders

4. Develop and manages the investment related programs, a shareholder intelligence database

5. Accountable for proper communications between the management and the investor community.

6. Review and provide executive summaries on company’s communications and releases and update the organization's corporate messaging across different formats like making presentations, press releases etc.

7. Represent the company at meetings with shareholders and potential investors either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
• Excellent in communication both Thai & English
• More than 10 years of work experience in Investor Relations, Financial Investment
• Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools
• Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
