Job Purpose
Act as a senior team members who has much more experience to deliver complex tasks to provide a customer journey and good experience to FWD customers in digital touchpoint. Both responses in User Experience and User Interface design follow the direction of wireframe or prototype that optimize users/customer needs and technological realities across responsive websites and mobile application platforms underline FWD Corporate Identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the User Experience to deliver strategic, innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs, business goals, and technological realities across responsive websites and mobile application platforms. Including design User Interface that related to the wireframe concept underline FWD Corporate Identity.
- Initiate and provide the overall User Experience vision, strategy, UI specs and wire-frames and prototypes at various levels of fidelity in project or area responsibilities
- Collaborate with others and lead to accepts user experience design concepts, practices, approaches or finding a good solution experience
- Communicate design concept ideas through sketches
- Perform Usability Test, A/B testing and iterate ideas using prototypes to experiment with target group and improve the weakness points to be a better experience
- Defines and designs actionable processes utilized by the User Experience team to execute the overall digital strategy.
