Job Purpose

Provide advice and monitor sales process to reduce operational risk of sales/agent. Ensure for sales quality and efficiency with all sales channel

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between company staff and sales/agent to work together with more effectiveness
• Analyze sales needs that affect to staff’s performance and sales services
• Support sales process and quality, after sales service to all distributions channel.
• Foresee efficiency sales process to improve sales service and propose to management to consider
• Communicate sales process that align with the regulator
