Job Purpose

Lead company communication strategy from internally through externally by using multiple skill sets of strategic communication, creative writing, marketing communication, public affair, CSR (ESG) management and activation management in order to amplify company brand awareness, consideration, and attribute with the ability to create one-of-the-kind contents on multiple medias platform in order to increase visibility to public via the eyes of medias and gain insightful understanding of company brand identity with employee that will result in achieving company mission and vision to be come the next-in-class insurer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a communication strategy, both internal and external, that align with FWD overall mission and vision by increasing awareness, consideration, and attribute of FWD brand.
  • Create superior FWD visibility through all PR strategic tools and tactics in order to support commercial side of company, which including product, e-commerce, partnership, or where communication is needed in order to reach company commercial target and objective.
  • Oversee the company CSR strategic plan in order to achieve ESG target and objective.
  • Provide strategic communications counselor to senior management by guiding and building management profiling that help create a strong
  • Serve as the company spokesperson by leading FWD response in matters that could impact the company's interests.
  • Oversee activation and go-to-market implementation in order to achieve communication objective in both corporate and commercial level.
  • Evaluate, monitor and develop strategic of PR performance via traditional and digital measurement which include PR value, estimate average viewpoints for on-line medias, and media type ratio
  • Maintain PR performance best practice as well as establishing measurement models and processes that optimize team performance and achieve its objectives.
  • Oversee with BU across company in creation of communication materials both internal and external to make sure that content meets FWD customers led philosophy and clarity approach.
  • Display outstanding listening skills, and proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others across business units, functional departments and disciplines
  • Coach and develop team capability to understand ‘FWD DNA” and at the same time be able to manage team capability development, career path and competency development
  • Lead team members to achieve company vision and mission by empowering team members to be able to learn and growth as a project leaders in their responsibility area.

Qualifiations:

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Corporate Affair, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 15 years of experience in communication both implementation and strategic level in MNCs company.
  • Excellence leadership and management skills
  • Good communication in Thai and English
