Coach Experience Manager
atLearn Corporation Co., Ltd.Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and in collaboration with the Education team, manage coach lifecycle (i.e., all potential teachers on the LEARNx platform) and obtain coach insights through interfacing, training, servicing and building relationships with all "potential coaches" on the LEARNx platform.
Coaches may be based in Thailand or abroad, therefore will require some technological experimentation to maximize management efficiency.

- Generate coach insights, validation & communications
- Strategic thinking and business model development
- In-charge of total coach experience and testing of coach-facing products
- Generate coach experience flow and lifecycle management to ensure quality in all customer touch-points
- Manage (soon to be) coach experience team
- General HR & Administration
- The candidate is a self-starter, fast learner, hungry and adaptive team player and is open to learning/researcher new knowledge and skills to get the job done.
- The candidate is open to navigating environments with low structure and high uncertainty.
- Has the willingness to go beyond immediate job scope when necessary.
- The candidate will be very familiar (or very open to learning) lean validation and design thinking processes for mining coach insights.
- With 3-5 years of working experience and a minimum Bachelors Degree
- Fluency in both English (speaking, writing) and Thai (speaking, writing)
- Have experience getting user insights to inform product innovation
- Have experience managing team
- Passion for education and people development
