Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and in collaboration with the Education team, manage coach lifecycle (i.e., all potential teachers on the LEARNx platform) and obtain coach insights through interfacing, training, servicing and building relationships with all "potential coaches" on the LEARNx platform.

Coaches may be based in Thailand or abroad, therefore will require some technological experimentation to maximize management efficiency.

• The candidate is a self-starter, fast learner, hungry and adaptive team player and is open to learning/researcher new knowledge and skills to get the job done.

• The candidate will be very familiar (or very open to learning) lean validation and design thinking processes for mining coach insights.
• With 3-5 years of working experience and a minimum Bachelors Degree
• Fluency in both English (speaking, writing) and Thai (speaking, writing)
• Have experience getting user insights to inform product innovation
