• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
• Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Explore best market practice in recruitment and staffing, implement best practices in organizations.
• Conduct job interviews.
• Able to work with deadline & under time pressure.
• Recruitment and selection process for replacement and new headcount requirements.
• Coordinate with Function Heads for shortlisting candidates scheduling interviews.

• Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-40
• Must hold a bachelor or master degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field.
• 8 + years working in Human Resources preferably 5 years' experience as a Recruitment manager
• Great service mind and good team player
• Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
• Strong recruitment search tools skills within: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Boolean Search Strings, Facebook, Twitter etc.
