Marketing & General Manager (THE ICON SIAM)

atMajor Cineplex Group Plc.
  • Conduct sales efforts to generate new business clients, while maximizing the profitability of existing clients
  • Manage and drive sales of the branch to meet the target
  • Manage and keep the branch in compliance with all regulations including standard operating procedures and guidelines such as food and quality control, hygiene, and safety
  • Responsible for all related issues of the branch, plan, manage and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Effectively manage systems and maintain day-to-day operations
  • Thai nationality, male or female, age 27-35 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, General Management, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in hotel, customer service or related field (Preferably in hospitality business)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in management position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong planning and leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Working 6 days/week (able to work in shifts)
  • Good command of English language
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Adaptability to change in the work environment
