Responsibilities:

• Setting up and agreeing on the full-year calendars/plans.
• Reviewing, planning and delivering exciting and relevant trading activities and promotions for customers, delivering sales targets that are simple for stores and stakeholders to implement.
• Proposing and reviewing trade activities and competitors’ performance, and making recommendations.
• Developing full-years briefs and representing in Trade Plan meetings.
• Leading and providing support during communication meetings, selection meetings, and corporate events, and developing promotional analysis for PGRS for all categories.
• Challenging the trade activities to meet customers’ needs and cost saving requirement.
• Developing trade plans, activities and event calendars, and supporting the preparation of report, etc.
• Being responsible for:
• Sales, margin, stock, market out-performance (offline & online), TGAP.
• Trade plan & event performance vs. forecast.
• Competitive promotion in the market place and right for customers.
• Price, quality, availability, range, target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Extensive commercial experiences, ideally within a retail and/or multi-sites consumer business.
• Extensive experiences in continually improving people, and processing systems.
• Advances expertise required for promotions and pricing management.
• Experiences in working cross-functionally to deliver large step change project.
• Proven track record in the delivery of objective.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess and customer focus, personal integrity, driven, team working and developing self/others skills.
