Key Responsibilities

1. Create Retail Mall Standard Criteria with understanding retail basic criteria standard and retail design trend
2. Inspect Tenant Shop Design Criteria Standard to ensure that design meets criteria and design concept
3. Understand retail mall operation, customer behavior, and retail mall design function
4. Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure that all teams understand basic design criteria (e.g., Leasing Team, Construction Team, Project Leader Team, Design Team, etc.)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Interior Design and Retail Business.
3. Knowledge of retail mall design standard criteria, detail design, and commercial retail mall market trends.
