Business Development (New Service Development)
atBerli Jucker PCL (BJC)Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring projects are delivered according to plan, issues are resolved effectively, and customer requirements are met. Prepare operational manuals and conduct training for branch operations. Continuously develop and improve services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales efficiency, such as EV Charging Station projects, Vending Machine projects, and other related initiatives.
Analyze the feasibility of projects and propose new service initiatives to generate additional revenue for the organization by:
- Developing project plans, defining strategies, directions, and operational approaches, including setting project timelines.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop systems and execute projects in line with defined objectives.
- Establishing problem-solving approaches and risk mitigation plans to reduce operational and project-related risks.
Monitor and evaluate project performance against approved plans, including reviewing and improving any deficiencies. Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure project execution stays on schedule and meets expected standards.
Manage and further develop services after project launch to ensure sustainable growth in line with business objectives, while continuously monitoring and measuring overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, General Management, Engineering, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Business (Logistic and Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management, Project Management, or New Service Development)
- Experience in retail business, EV charging, vending machine, or related service businesses is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring
- Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to prepare operational manuals and conduct training for operational teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
