Asst. Sales Manager (Lab Chemical & Equipment)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by increasing market share through customer retention and new customer acquisition.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets to expand market share in Thailand.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and sales activities to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key customers to maximize business opportunities and increase sales.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for new products and services, and report findings to management.
• Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in laboratory chemicals, laboratory equipment, life sciences, or healthcare-related products.

• Previous experience in a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor, or Assistant Sales Manager role is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory products, scientific equipment, or healthcare business.
• Good leadership and coaching skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
